Graduate in Biology and Master in Oenology and Viticulture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

She discovered her vocation while still a student, having the opportunity to work in Jerez, one of the oldest and most renowned designations of origin in Spain. After completing her academic training, which she combined with wine research projects at various universities, she gained extensive international experience.

Including having been part of Montes Alpha and Lapostolle, two emblematic Chilean wineries; having specialized in Riesling and Pinot Noir in the famous Moselle Valley in Germany or having delved into the cultivation and production of the Tempranillo grape in Spain.

Her journey has contributed to forging her own oenological personality, giving priority to obtaining unique and recognizable wines, always faithful to the typicality of the terroir.
